I’m a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) with a background in Biology. I use your body's signs and symptoms, along with targeted evaluations to identify potential imbalances and create personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations to support your unique health goals.
My passion for this work comes from my own healing journey. For years, I struggled with my relationship with food, and experienced symptoms like painful periods, digestive issues and constant bloating. Discovering the power of nutritional therapy helped me shift my mindset and finally find peace with my body and food. Now, I’m dedicated to helping others uncover the root cause of their symptoms so they too can restore balance, and feel truly confident in their bodies.
